Tanya Ozard - Broker / REALTOR® Tanya is a native Haligonian, and therefore knows the market well. She has what it takes to help buyers and sellers.With over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and customer relationship management, Tanya's background and skills help her to develop solid relationships, handle negotiations and implement a strategic approach to marketing. Tanya's goal is to help you complete a successful real estate transaction that is stress free. Your success is her success. Tanya is proud of the work she does for her clients; her attention to detail and superior negotiating skills ensures her clients are happy, which accounts for the positive client comments, repeat business and strong referral base. Real estate transactions are often the largest financial transaction anyone will engage in, and for some the process can be confusing and overwhelming. Tanya will guide you, provide solid professional advice and negotiate a contract most favourable to you. She has been told she is helpful and trustworthy, no doubt because her clients are always her top priority, and she keeps them informed every step of the way. Tanya is an active volunteer in the community, having been on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Progress Club, Homebridge Youth and currently serves on the Board of ElderDog Canada. A huge dog lover, she currently has four dogs of her own.Tanya has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004 and a licensed Broker since 2005.
Sal Haidar - REALTOR®After completing his university degree, Sal went to work on several large construction developments. It was then that he realized his keen interest in real estate. It was also then at the young age of 25 that Sal began his real estate career. After a successful 13 years helping clients navigate deals, Sal has returned to the industry. “I couldn’t stay away-I eat sleep and breathe real estate!” Sal understands the buying and selling process very well. He will put his clients interests first, provide sound advice, maintain integrity & loyalty and deliver concise guidance throughout the buying/selling process- which can be overwhelming and confusing for most. His goal is to walk you through every step of the process and keep you informed every step of the way. Sal enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers alike and he has successfully bought and sold several of his own properties over the last 15 years. His goal is to take all the guess work away from the process and to make sure his clients needs are met, and they are happy. Sal enjoys the outdoors, hiking, water sports, dogs and spending time with family and friends.

My husband and I had recently moved to an apartment in Halifax from Montreal and wanted to find our first home.
